Ryan Bradbury - Aluminium Bi-folding Doors and a Composite Back Door 

Fantastic service from start to end! From the moment I first contacted Door Warehouse to the point of installation, this company has been exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable & helpful throughout, plus priced very competitively. 

They installed front / back doors and replaced my old patio doors with bi-folds - I am very pleased with the quality of the products and installation. 

Finally, as I have a young family and work from home I had expected disruption, but all members of staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to my families needs

As part of our home refurbishment, we were looking for internal doors to go with our new wooden flooring. 

I spoke to several different companies and in some cases, the price we were quoted was double what Door Warehouse was offering. 

I initially contacted the company via email, and they could not have been more helpful. I explained what I was looking for and the result was excellent quality doors with 5-star service. 

When I visited the Door Warehouse unit, they already had the product I was looking for, so the only thing left to do was to pick the door handles and book the installation. 

The whole process from start to finish was excellent, including the installation where the joiner came on the day and fitted all five doors. Several friends have commented on how amazing they look. 

Matt was very helpful with processing my order and the joiner, Andrew, did an excellent job; totally hassle-free. 

I would recommend Door Warehouse to anyone looking for new doors. Its customer service also goes above and beyond some well-known companies.  

You really are getting the best of both worlds: great price and quality!

Given the pandemic, Door Warehouse were committed to the delivery date and super friendly when we rang. We moved into our new home in May 2022, which hadn’t been lived in for 12 months. As a result, there were some issues with mould around the windows. I contacted Door Warehouse, and Dan and Lee visited the house to talk through each window with me, explaining which windows needed replacing and why. They helped to relieve some fears too, as some of the windows were still in good condition – I was expecting all of them would need replacing.

I’m so pleased with the quality of the windows and the Door Warehouse team talked through all the options with me, from patterns to colours. They suggested we opt for a design that matched our front door, which is an original. I was certainly impressed by how spot on the colours were - the windows were a key match. 

You really get that personal touch when you work with a local company. Dan was patient and respectful of the decision-making process. There was certainly no “hard sell” from Door Warehouse, which we had previously experienced when we were looking for quotes elsewhere. 

You know what cost you’re working with right from the beginning, and the fact that the price includes labour is a huge plus too. 

The installation was simple and stress-free, with Lee visiting the house before the work began to explain the process. They went the extra mile and filled in the cracks in our rendering and cleaned out our gutters too. After the windows were installed, the team even included the painting around the windows. 

My father-in-law had recommended Door Warehouse after he’d had new windows installed as well. The local element appealed to me, as after the pandemic, I felt more strongly about supporting independent businesses. 

My main reason for recommending Door Warehouse is the quality of its products and the attention its team gives to a job. You’re not just a name on a list, and you know you can call or email with any queries and you’ll be met with great customer service. 

I’m so happy with my experience that I’m now having French doors installed, a testament to the quality of service from the team.
